CCTV cameras to be installed at all ATMs in Faridabad soon

With a view to beef up security at ATMs in the city, the district administration has asked officials concerned to install CCTV cameras at such booths across the district within a fortnight.
Deputy Commissioner and District Magistrate (Faridabad) Amit Kumar Agrawal has given instructions to all bank managers to install CCTV cameras and deploy security guards on a 24-hour basis at all 200 ATM booths across the district within a stipulated time of 15 days, an official said here.
Besides this, Agrawal has also asked them to ensure better lighting inside and outside the ATM booths.
