Khurshid, on his first visit to Uttarakhand after the natural disaster struck the state in June, said the entire country had been shaken by the tragedy.
The Centre was offering all possible help to rebuild the state which suffered widespread devastation wrought by the calamity, he said.
"Whatever is needed is being done by the Centre to put the state back on its feet," Khurshid said.
