The company had posted a standalone profit of Rs 47.97 crore in the January-March period of the last fiscal.
Its total income from operations on standalone basis increased 11.12 per cent to Rs 454.73 crore during the quarter under review as against Rs 409.21 crore in the same period previous fiscal.
However, for the year ended March 2016, Century Plyboards's consolidated net profit was up 12.24 per cent to Rs 167.20 crore as against a net profit of Rs 148.96 crore last fiscal.
Shares of the company closed 4.62 per cent down at Rs 180.50 apiece on BSE.
