The 35-year-old actor is also ready to give his share of money to the "Tomorrowland" actor if he agrees to be part of the project, reported E! online.
"If he would do 'Magic Mike 3,' I will give him all of my part of the money. It's all yours," Tatum said.
To which Clooney, 54, replied, "I can use the money."
When asked to give Clooney a stripper name, Tatum said, "I think he'd go with his actual name. You can't really beat that."
"Big Boy Fourth Street," he added.
"Magic Mike" was inspired by Tatum's own experience as a stripper in Tampa when he was 18 years old.
