Charges framed against minister

A local court framed charges today against Jharkhand Rural Development Minister K N Tripathy in connection with an assault case.
The minister was present when the charges were framed in the civil court of Nishant Kumar.
Bhandaria block office employees had on November 14, 2006 filed an FIR accusing Tripathy of assault and verbal abuse.
