"Therefore, in exercise of the power conferred on the HC as Disciplinary Authority under sub-rule (1) of Rule 9 of Chhattisgarh Civil Services (Classification, Control and Appeal) Rules, 1966, the high court hereby places Ashwani Kumar Chaturvedi, ACJM Raipur, under suspension with immediate effect in contemplation of the departmental enquiry," the order copy stated.
Chaturvedi's headquarter shall be at Raipur during the period of suspension oruntilthe further orders.
