Pine will play the younger half of a father-son duo who steal the stars' idea for a new invention.Christoph Waltz was previously reported to be in the running for the father role, but is said to be unavailable, reported Variety.
Sean Anders will direct the sequel to Seth Gordon's 2011 hit, which also featured Jennifer Aniston, Colin Farrell and Kevin Spacey.
Bateman, Sudeikis and Day will reprise their roles from the previous film.
'Horrible Bosses 2' will open on November 26, 2014.
