Delegation leader Archbishop Anil J T Couto praised Kejriwal's way of "leading" and termed his views on the concept of 'Swaraj' as "marvellous", a statement said.
The other members of delegation included Archbishop Vincent M Concessao, Fr Sushi Sebastian, Fr Mathew Koyickal, Fr Maria Susai, Fr Charles Irudayam and Fr Savarimuthu Sankar.
The city had witnessed five attacks on churches and a Christian school in recent times.
A group of Imams also called on the Chief Minister and assured full cooperation to the government apart from wishing him good health and success.
Kejriwal had decried attempts to flare-up communal sentiments in his Ramlila Maidan speech after taking the oath of office and said he will make Delhi a city where members of every religion feel safe.
Meanwhile a delegation of 11 IAS probationers and representatives of traders associations also met the Chief Minister.
