On a tip off in connection with his suspected activities along International Border (IB), police held Prem Kumar of Ramgarh border belt.
"CID has picked up a border resident and he is being questioned," a senior police officer said.
CID is the intelligence arm of Jammu and Kashmir Police.
According to reports, Kumar was on radar in connection with suspicion of infiltrating militants and Nagrota terror attack, but police maintained that he was being interrogated and there was no evidence connecting him with the terror attack so far.
On November 29, three armed terrorists attacked an army artillery unit in Nagrota and in the gunbattle that followed, 7 army men including 2 Major-rank officers died and 3 terrorists were killed.
