Haryana Governor Kaptan Singh Solanki today said civil servants play an important role in building a new India.
The governor was speaking at a felicitation programme organised to honour the newly selected IAS officers at Haryana Raj Bhavan here today.
He said: "Through good governance, they will become the key link to India of 21st century."
