The Democratic presidential frontrunner says that Donald Trump's proposal to block Muslims from entering the US is giving new propaganda to Islamic State militants.
She adds: "He's playing right into their hands."
While Trump's rivals use what Clinton calls "veiled language" to talk about their plans, she says they are also undermining efforts to build a global coalition against the group.
Clinton is spending the day campaigning in Iowa, where she's promoting plans to stop corporate inversions, a practice that permits US companies to merge with corporations overseas to lower their tax bill.
