District magistrate Nidhi Kesarwani today confirmed the chief minister's programme.
"CM Akhilesh will reach Hindon airbase at around 11 am and will proceed to Hajj House," said Keswani.
"During his two-hour long stay here, he will inaugurate and inspect the Holy lodge and distribute laptops and cycles among people," he added.
The administration has made special arrangements for the inauguration function.
"Jumbo size water and fire-proof tents have been erected in the premises of Hajj House," an official said.
Elaborate security arrangements have been made for the occasion and extra police force drawn from other districts to enhance the security, a police spokesperson said.
