Jharkhand Chief Minister Raghubar Das today announced to give away 20,000 e-rickshaws in the state.
Announcing the state government's decision to give e-rickshaws to rickshaw pullers in the presence of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Das said the state was on the path of progress and Jharkhand would be a prosperous state in the next five years.
Speaking on the occasion of foundation stone laying ceremony of Indian Agriculture Research institute by Modi and signing of an MoU for setting up a steel plant at Barhi block of the district, Das said the state has already embarked upon spreading a road network in the state.
Stating that there was no corruption charge against any of his ministers or officials during the six months of rule, Das reiterated his promise of curbing corruption through the newly set up anti-corruption committee, which has caught some employees on corruption charges.
