A customer bought an half litre pack of milk from a vendor of Aavin, a government outlet, at the shop here evening and surprised to find something floating in the milk, police said today.
The milk packet was dated August 28 and the customer immediately lodged complaint with the Aavin Management.
Inquiry was on, police said, even as Aavin authorities were not available for comments.
