Cold morning in Delhi, cloudy day ahead

Delhiites woke up to a cold morning today with the minimum temperature settling at 11 degrees Celsius, even as the weatherman predicted a partly cloudy day ahead.
"The minimum temperature recorded was 11 degrees Celsius, normal for this time of the year. The humidity recorded at 8.30 am today was 59 per cent," a MeT official said.
The MeT department has predicted partly cloudy sky later in the day with possibility of shallow fog in some areas tomorrow morning.
Meanwhile, the maximum temperature is expected to settle at about 28 degree Celsius, the official added.
Yesterday, the maximum temperature was recorded at 29.1 degrees Celsius while the minimum settled at 11.9 degrees Celsius.
