Cold wave in Nashik: Temperature dips to six degrees in Niphad

Mercury dropped to a chilling six degrees in Niphad tehsil town today following intense cold wave in the district.
According to Met office here, temperatures in Nashik city and other areas including Dhule and Ahmednagar have been hovering between four and seven degree celsius in the last few days.
The cold situation also claimed one life in village Khedgaon in Dindori taluka yesterday. The deceased was identified as Jitendra Nimba Waghmare (40), officials said.
