The CCTV footage shows that one of the accused, who appears to be known to the woman, entered the college through a broken wall at about 9:45 AM and called her from inside, DCP (West) Gurgaon Kulvinder Singh said.
After talking to her for a few minutes, he took her to the wall where three of his associates were waiting, with one of them seated in a car.
"As soon the victim came across the wall, the accused dragged her in a white Swift Desire car and fled from the spot. The victim cried for help which alerted the passersby who informed the police," Singh said.
"Police have not yet identified the victim and the accused involved. We have filed an FIR in the matter and are inquiring with the college management and the eyewitnesses about the victim's identity. Prima facie it appeared to be a pre-planned abduction. Two police teams are investigating the matter with all the positive angles," the DCP said.
"We got the information and our police team reached the spot immediately. We got the CCTV footage and we are trying to verify the facts. It is too early to say what has happened and we going to solve it in a matter of few hours," Virk said.
"It was somebody on the spot who informed police and then police reached there... But we are trying to work out what exactly has happened and we get to the bottom as early as possible," the Commissioner said.
"The woman shouted for help and I ran after the car. I went behind till sector 4-7. The car either went to sector 4-7 or Pataudi road because these are the two ways. There were two men. One was driving and the other held the woman. She might be about 19 years of age, wearing a red salwar and yellow dupatta," he said.
