"The company decided to venture into new product category of outdoor and adventure sports with Stardox. We are looking at Rs 100 crore turnover from Stardox in three years," Stardox CEO B D Nathani told PTI.
Columbus Sports, which reported a turnover of Rs 200 crore in the previous fiscal, launched Stardox brand earlier this month.
Nathani added that the company will launch full range of the brand by the summer season. "We will launch full product range including sandals and slipper. Out product range is limited right now," he said.
Columbus Sports will manufacture shoes at its plant in Baddi in Himachal Pradesh.
Stardox will be available in more than 600 multi brand outlets (MBO's) across the country and the company plans to increase its distribution to up to 1000 stores.
Apart from MBO's the range will also be available through online market places including Amazon, Jabong, Myntra and Flipkart.
