A Delhi-based trader, who had accused a BSP MLA of wrongfully confining him, today turned hostile and told a court that the accused did not hold him captive illegally.
During a hearing in the five-year-old case against BSP MLA Noor Saleem Rana for alleged confinement of Manoj Aggarwal, the court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate Sunder Lal today examined the complainant.
Aggarwal, however, told the court he was not held captive by the accused against his wish.
The court has fixed March 30 as next date of hearing.
