Complaints at RBI ombudsman in Bengal up

Reserve Bank of India ombudsman for the Bengal circle today said that complaints for the year ending in June 2017 grew by 61.7 per cent.
A RBI ombudsman release said it received 7834 complaints for the year ended June 2017 as compared to 4846 complains received last year.
It said 99.5 per cent of the complaints were addressed.
Almost half of the complaints were regarding banks failing to meet the complaints.
