Several appointments at the varsity were made on the basis of 'note sheets' issued by Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan, Katare alleged.
In some cases, note sheets had been issued on the very day the person joined, the Congress leader further claimed.
The appointments were later ratified by the university's general body, which was constitutionally invalid, the Congress leader added.
