The Nationalist Congress Party and Congress are together for the election to the Maharashtra Legislative Council from the Osmanabad-Latur-Beed seat, NCP leader Dhananjay Munde said here today.
The Shiv Sena, on the other hand, hasn't supported its ally BJP, so independent candidate Ashok Jagdale (whom NCP has supported) would certainly win, Munde said.
The Congress and NCP were also contesting by-elections to Palghar and Bhandara-Gondia Lok Sabha constituencies and Palus-Kadegaon Assembly seat togheter, and the two parties will contest all upcoming elections in alliance, he added.
