Congress is going to organise 'Aakrosh Rally' tomorrow in the northeast area.
"The move at the behest of the Union Home Minister to form a BJP Government in Delhi is unconstitutional," DPCC chief spokesperson Mukesh Sharma said.
Sharma also alleged that "the manner in which the BJP, despite not having a clear majority, making efforts to form Government in Delhi was not only unconstitutional, but was totally against the democratic norms."
