The CPI(M) led-LDF government, which is to be sworn in on May 25, will be given full support, Sudheeran told reporters here.
"We will follow the opposition dharma," he said.
He said a detailed discussion on the reason for the dismal performance of Congress in the polls would be held without delay.
A meeting would be held on June 4 and 5 to find out the reasons for the UDF defeat, he said.
Criticising the "violence unleashed" by the CPI(M) and BJP workers after the poll results, he claimed 142 incidents of violence had been reported from various parts of the state and stern action should be taken against those responsible for it.
