Contractor robbed of Rs 20 lakh

A contractor was today robbed of Rs 20 lakh in Surajpur area here today.
Suresh Tyagi, a civil contractor, along with his nephew was returning from a bank after withdrawing Rs 20 lakh cash, when three robbers in a Santro car overtook them and forced them to halt their car near Gulistanpur.
The three robbers then pulled out pistols and looted the cash from the contractor, police said.
