Traders said sentiment remained better as copper advanced in global markets after better-than-forecast growth data in China.
Meanwhile, copper for delivery in three months climbed one per cent to USD 5,730 a metric tonne on the London Metal Exchange.
In the national capital, copper mixed scrap and zinc ingots were higher by Rs 2 each to Rs 404 and Rs 116-122 per kg respectively.
