DJ Diplo's pre-Super Bowl bash in Texas was shut down by police after it ran over the time limit.
The 38-year-old record producer took the stage at the Museum of Fine Arts at 1am on Sunday (2:30pm IST) but officers moved in to shut it down in the early hours as the DJ played past the event's official wrap time, reported TMZ.
A video footage obtained by the publication showed an officer onstage taking the mic out of the artist's hand while urging the crowd to "start moving out", while a number of fellow cops stood in front of the stage as the light came on.
Diplo came out to the edge of the stage to say goodbye to his fans and it seemed his mind was already on the Super Bowl game between the Atlanta Falcons and New England Patriots as he said, "I hope I just warmed up for the Falcons tomorrow.
