While Kerala is far ahead among others in literacy and life expectancy, it lagged in industrial development. "Here no industry flourishes. Here only corruption industry is flourishing," he said, hinting at various scams in the state.
Pointing out that all these years the Congress led UDF and CPI(M) headed LDF had alternatively come to power in Kerala, he said people had stated five years ago that there was no alternative to the Congress at the Centre.
"I want to ask you why there are no corruption charges against us, but only against UDF and LDF?", he asked.
"LDF and UDF comes alternatively to the state. It seems there is a Mutal Understanding between the two fronts...We will rule this time, you rule the next five years. I don't think they will change. They are hoodwinking the people," he said.
In West Bengal, discussions are on between the two parties for a tie up, he said.
