The 31-year-old 'Glee' star was found dead in a hotel room in Vancouver, Canada last Saturday. A coroner ruled he died from a lethal mix of heroin and alcohol, reported Huffington Post.
A video footage of Monteith has now emerged showing the star filming a heart-warming message to a fan during a flight to Japan last month.
It is believed to be the last footage of the actor
After an air stewardess asked Monteith to record a clip for her boyfriend's daughter Mallory, the smiling star says to the camera, "Hey Mallory, it's Cory. I wanted to record this video for you guys just to let you know to stay out of trouble and stay in school."
