Judge Abhay Kumar Tyagi announced the punishment yesterday after the duo was found guilty of killing a man by firing at him during a clash between two groups at Malawan area on February 17, 2007.
The victim died during treatment.
The court also imposed a fine of Rs 25,000 on the convicts.
