Chief Judicial Magistrate Rup Kishore yesterday ordered lodging of the case.
The woman belonging to Behta Pathak village alleged that she and her minor daughter were kidnapped at gun point three months ago and taken to Delhi and other places where they were raped, government counsel Mahavir Singh said.
Alleging that a sub-inspector, three constables posted in Islamnagar Police Station and eight others were involved, the woman said that although she managed to flee from their clutches, her daughter was still in their custody.
