Manish, who is said to be suffering from depression due to a relationship issue, jumped off the sixth floor of the court building after cutting his veins at about 8:30 AM today, nearly two hours prior to the court's official working hours, police said.
He was rushed to nearby Saroj Hospital where he was declared brought dead, police said.
Manish, who was peon to a district judge, is said to have reached the court complex at 8 AM and directly headed for the sixth floor, which does not have any courtrooms.
Secretary of Rohini Court Bar Association, Satnarain Sharma said, "after the incident, police reached the spot and recovered a knife from the sixth floor.
"The medico legal case (MLC) report showed that Manish had first attempted to slit both his wrists prior to jumping off the building.
