The Special Court further ordered two minor boys, who were also accused in the case, be sent to a remand home Korak.
The three were charged under 'Prevention of Child Sexual Offence' Act for allegedly sexually assaulting a 14-year-old boy who was living in the Math at Jalpaiguri for the past two years.
The matter came to light on Monday after the boy managed to escape, informed his mother about the ordeal, who then contacted an NGO Childline and police were intimated.
