Former 'Friends' star Courteney Cox and her ex-husband David Arquette are selling their Beverly Hills mansion for USD 20 million.
A few months after their divorce, Cox and Arquette have decided to sell their house, reported TMZ Online
The couple bought the house in 2004 for USD 5.45 million. Cox moved out immediately when she and Arquette split, but the "Scream 4" actor still lives in the 5,500 square foot property.
They reportedly have been trying to sell it for a while, but they have not found potential buyer.
The mansion was built by architect Quincy A Jones in 1959 and has five bedrooms, six bathrooms and a bi-level living room. The exquisite mansion also features floor-to-ceiling windows which enable buyers to view beautiful area surrounding the building.
The former couple dated after meeting on the set of "Scream" in 1995. They got married in 1999 and decided to split in 2010. The couple, however, only filed for divorce in 2012. A Los Angeles County Superior Court judge dissolved the marriage on May 28. The pair have a 9-year-old daughter Coco.
