SHO, Loni Kotwali, Rakesh Kumar Singh said tha police had received a missing compliant from the kin of Vinay Kasana (52) on July 27. Kasana was the cousin of former MLA of Loni constituency Madan Bhaiyya.
Singh said Vinod was a contractor in the Ghaziabad Development Authority.
