Criminal shot dead in UP

An alleged criminal was shot dead by unidentified persons in Doghat area of Bagpath district today.
Four motorcycle-borne persons opened fire at history-sheeter Sudhir in Doghat town this morning, a police spokesman said here.
He said three other persons-- Sunil, Veersen and Harendra-- were injured in the firing and were taken to hospital.
