Crisil Q2 net profit up 11% at Rs 52.2-cr
Press Trust of India New Delhi Rating agency Crisil today reported 11.3 per cent rise in its net profit at Rs 52.2 crore for the second quarter ended June, 2015.
It had posted a net profit of Rs 46.9 crore in the same quarter of the last fiscal.
Total income of the agency increased to Rs 244.78 crore during the April-June quarter, from Rs 226.67 crore in the same period, a year-ago, Crisil said in a filing to BSE.
The board of Crisil also recommended an interim dividend of Rs 4 per equity share of face value of Re 1 each, for the financial year ending December 31, 2015.
Shares of the rating agency closed at Rs 1,975.35 per unit on BSE, up 0.92 per cent from its previous close.
