Bidhuri is a second year BA student from Pannalal Girdharlal Dayanand Anglo Vedic College (PGDAVC) and has served as college's Student Union Central Councillor 2014-15.
Garima Rana, a second-year Zoology student of the Hindu College will be CYSS's Vice Presidential candidate.
CYSS - the student wing of Aam Aadmi Party - has fielded two female candidates, including Rana, this year.
For the secretary's post, it has chosen Rahul Raj Aryan, a final year student of Hindu College. He is also university gold medalist and a national level debater.
After capturing power in the national capital, the Aam Aadmi Party is now looking to wrest control of the Delhi University's student body which is currently dominated by BJP's Akhil Bhartiya Vidyarthi Parishad (ABVP).
To garner support, CYSS has been trying to connect with students through various measures like helping students during admission process. Early this week, they also organised a music concert to canvass student's support.
