Dabur ropes in Sonakshi Sinha as co-brand ambassador

FMCG firm Dabur has roped in Bollywood actress Sonakshi Sinha as co-brand ambassador along with Priyanka Chopra for its Dabur Amla Hair Oil while announcing its oldest oil brand's makeover.
"This is the first time in the history of the brand that two reigning beauty queens of Bollywood would be together endorsing Dabur Amla Hair Oil," the company said in a statement.
Commenting on the announcement, Dabur India Ltd Marketing Head - Personal Care Praveen Jaipuriar said: "In order to meet these evolving needs of today's woman, Dabur Amla Hair Oil has undergone a face-lift that makes the brand more youthful, contemporary and in sync with today's consumer."

The new identity modernises the brand making it more contemporary and relevant, in consonance with today's lifestyle, the company said.
A commercial featuring the two stars would be on air shortly, it added.
