Dacoits kill woman, loot cash and valuables

A group of dacoits barged into Ramchandra Singh Yadav's house last night and shot dead his daughter in-law Sheela Devi (28) for resisting their dacoity bid before looting jewellery worth Rs. 1.5 lakh, Rs 35000 in cash and other valuables, Superintendent of Police (SP) Manu Maharaj said.

The body has been sent for post-mortem at the Sadar hospital, he said.
