Daniel Radcliffe keen to play Iggy Pop onscreen

Daniel Radcliffe says he would love to play the punk icon Iggy Pop on the big screen.
A big fan of punk music, the 'Harry Potter' star admits he relish portraying The Stooges mainman if the role was ever offered to him, reported Contactmusic.
"We've got a similar, gnarly sort of, slightly strange skinny bodies," he said.

Radcliffe recently dismissed reports suggesting he was in talks to play the villain in the next 'James Bond' film, but also urged filmmakers to keep him in mind if a film featuring DC Comics superhero Nightwing ever became a reality.
