"Harry Potter" star Daniel Radcliffe says he would love to try his hand at directing.
The 23-year-old actor, who has been very selective about his movie roles, said he will don the director's hat very soon, reported Contactmusic.
"I would love to direct, definitely and I hope I get to do that soon," he said.
Radcliffe was on the red carpet at Jemeson Empire Awards where he was named Empire Hero.
Since leaving "Harry Potter", the actor has mixed film roles with "The Woman in Black" to "A Young Director's Notebook".
