Beckham will jet his family and friends to his favourite five-star resort, reported Ace Showbiz.
Beckham and his wife Victoria Adams reportedly will fly to Morroco in the next weekend.
"He'll only turn 40 once so he wants to do it in style. Morocco is a place close to his heart," a source said.
Among those who will be jetted to Morroco are Tom Cruise, Dave Gardner and his girlfriend Liv Tyler, Guy Ritchie, Gordon Ramsay and Manchester United teammate Gary Neville.
