'13 Hours', which is of political drama genre, is an adaptation of Mitchell Zuckoff's book about the 2012 attack on an American compound in Libya that left US ambassador J Christopher Stevens dead.
The film's story will revolve around the special forces team that attempted to rescue Stevens.
Paramount is looking forward to starting shooting the film in April. Locations will be in Malta and Morocco. Release date is not yet set.
