The company had posted a net profit of Rs 60.43 crore during the same period of the previous fiscal, DB Corp said in a BSE filing.
Net sales of the company during the quarter under review stood at Rs 508.39 crore as against Rs 505.95 crore during the year ago period.
Commenting on the results, DB Corp Managing Director Sudhir Agarwal said: "While this fiscal continued to one that tested our resilience, we are pleased with the final culmination having achieved some significant operating milestones".
