DB Realty Q1 loss narrows to Rs 1.89 cr

Real estate developer DB Realty's consolidated net loss narrowed to Rs 1.89 crore for the quarter ending June 2015, from Rs 7.25 crore in the year-ago period.
Income from operations of the group rose to Rs 62.71 crore in the April-June quarter, from Rs 61.16 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous year, the company said in a filing to the BSE.
Besides, DB Realty said that its Board has reconstituted Audit Committee.
"Janak Desai, one of the Independent Directors, has ceased to be the member of Audit Committee and Om Prakash Agrawal, an Independent Director has been appointed as a member of Audit Committee with immediate effect," it said.
