According to the girl's parents, the girl had gone out to answer nature's call at about 11 pm, when four drunk youth tied up her hands and allegedly gangraped her.
After the girl's father found her, he called his son and villagers.
In the morning, they went to the Wardhannapet police station and lodged a complaint.
The police sent her for medical examination to CKM Maternity Hospital, Warangal.
Four suspects have been taken into police custody and the case is being investigated.
