The deceased Kuldeep, a resident of Rohini, is the son of one Naresh who works as a clerk in the Finance Ministry.
"A PCR call was received about a foul smell emanating from a shop following which a police team reached the spot and found the decomposed body. The owner of the shop, one Praveen is also missing since the last two days and as is now he is the prime suspect in the case," a police official said.
According to the police, Kuldeep was friends with Praveen, who is absconding since the past two days. A manhunt has been launched to nab Praveen and further investigations are on to ascertain the cause of death, they said.
