A recommendation to this effect was made to Lt Governor Tejendra Khanna by Delhi cabinet today.
"The cabinet has recommended to the Lt Governor to summon the session from August 27 to 30," Chief Minister Sheila Dikshit said.
The government is likely to bring a number of bills in the four-day-long session.
The Chief Minister said cabinet has decided to make operational a working women's hostel at Rohini Sector-22 soon to provide accommodation to 100 working women.
The hostel will have a creche for 30 children. The hostel will be operated and maintained for a period of three years on no-profit no-loss basis by YWCA of Delhi.
