Delhi Minister cancels US visit after protest agnst power cuts

Walia was to board a flight to the US on Sunday but after a large number of people protested outside his residence in Laxmi Nagar on Saturday evening, he decided to cancel his visit, sources said.

The Minister was scheduled to participate in a conference in Washington on AIDS in the US.
